These terms govern your use of the LocalList Live app. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What LocalList Live is
LocalList Live is a marketplace that connects local sellers running live video shows with buyers who bid on or buy their items for local pickup. We provide the platform, payment processing, and pickup coordination tools — sellers are responsible for the items they list and the accuracy of their descriptions, and buyers are responsible for showing up to agreed pickups.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account, sell items, or make a purchase.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
Buying and selling
- Bids placed during a live auction are binding — winning a bid or completing a fixed-price purchase creates a commitment to pay and pick up the item.
- Sellers pay a listing/hosting fee and a platform fee on completed sales, processed through Stripe; payouts to sellers are made through Stripe Connect.
- Items must be picked up locally within the pickup window a seller sets. LocalList Live does not ship items or hold funds beyond what's needed to process a sale.
- Prohibited items include anything illegal to sell or transport, recalled or unsafe goods, counterfeit goods, and anything violating a third party's intellectual property rights.
Live shows and community conduct
LocalList Live has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Live video, chat, and comments are public to viewers of a show. You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users;
- Post spam, scams, or misleading claims about an item;
- Share someone else's personal information without consent;
- Post content that's illegal, obscene, discriminatory, or infringes someone else's rights.
You can report a show, listing, message, or user, and block another user, from within the app. Blocking a user also notifies our team and instantly removes that user's shows and messages from your feed. We review reports and act on violations — including removing the content and ejecting the offending user — within 24 hours. We may remove content, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Content you post
You keep ownership of the photos, video, and messages you post. By posting them, you give LocalList Live a license to display, stream, and store that content as part of operating the app (e.g. showing your listing photos or live stream to other users).

LocalList Live is a platform connecting buyers and sellers — we are not a party to the sale itself and don't guarantee the condition, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers. The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and post the new version here.
